Pricing is based on intricacy of design, cutting required and size.
how it works
Complete the custom order request form and provide us with a few details.
Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch to confirm pricing and design specs. You’ll have the opportunity to make up to 2 edits on your design. (Further design changes may incur additional charges based on the time invested.)
Your design is confirmed! We’ll send over an invoice, including shipping (if applicable).
After payment is received comes the hard part… you wait while we work our magic. Our products take 4-6 weeks* for completion.
Once your order is complete, we’ll either contact you with pick up instructions, or we’ll ship your order directly to you**.
With your order, you’ll receive instructions on how to install your new one-of-a-kind piece. And if you need any further assistance, we’re here to help!
*We try hard to stay within those timelines, but there are pieces of the process that are beyond our control. We will not adjust prices based on delays. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
**At this time, we are only capable of shipping smaller pieces. Larger pieces are available for local pick-up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We will notify you if shipping is unavailable.
