Domestic Shipping

We ship within Canada via Canada Post. We ensure every package is secure, so your products arrive safely. Shipping within Canada starts at $20 CAD and is then calculated based on the number of items you purchase.

Shipping options will appear based on the country chosen for delivery when checking out.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the US via UPS. Shipping to the US starts at $25 CAD and is then calculated based on the number of items you purchase. Brokerage charges may apply, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

returns & exchanges

Our products are made-to-order, just for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please check over your order carefully prior to purchase.

damaged or incorrect items

We have the highest of standards for our products and are extremely confident in our quality. Each item is inspected personally before we ship it to you.

Upon arrival, please check your items thoroughly. If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via email at ironiksteeldesign@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we’ll be sure and get back to you promptly.

If you are not happy, we’re not happy. We will make it right.
